Ingredients
Dissolve the corn starch in a small amount of cold water in a saucepan. Gradually add the boiling water while stirring. Cook, stirring constantly until the mixture is clear. Add the colouring. Once cool, put the child in a smock or old shirt and give them a big sheet of paper. Something shiny that repels water will last longer than a coarse paper that absorbs water. |
